Everyone feels differently about their birthday.
If you are big on astrology you may also call it your Solar Return because the Sun reaches the exact degree it was at your birth on this day. After working with astrology as a personal practice for 10 years and then interacting with clients for 7, I have come to 2 conclusions about why the solar return is so important. 1) It restarts our natural rhythm.
