In this video I walk you through how I use my Tri-Lense technique to reflect on the Solar Transits aka. Taurus Season and what life areas have been activated for me and what to expect for Gemini Season.

My work blends the intelligence of astrology, the clarity of mindfulness, and the structure of accountability.
Together, we decode your cycles, map your patterns, and create routines and mindsets that align with your purpose, your energy, and your life. I began my Astrology journey during my last year of my Bachelors Degree, I relied on it to navigate complex life changes and grappling with my purpose. Throughout my 8 years of experience I have helped others do the same, developing specific techniques to assist in using astrology in your daily life - with out worrying about the fluff. Here is a little bit about how my journey started 10/1/2025 Astrology and Business Timing: Don’t Make These 6 Mistakes (the last one is my favorite)Read NowBusiness owners often look to astrology for the ‘perfect timing,’ but I see the same pitfalls come up again and again. Here are six common mistakes — and what to do instead.” 1. Believing every New Moon is the perfect time to start a project No two New Moons are the same, especially when we get into your personal astrology. Some New Moons are partial eclipses and some will be influenced by planets that are more positive or negative for you. Treating every New Moon as an opportunity to reset your business or come out with an offer is only exhausting and not always aligned. Focus on planning or mapping your offers during the New Moon that is in the sign of your 10th house. The energy of that sign is more focused for your public life and how you present yourself. The Full Moon in the same sign is best for you to experience full circle moments around your business and release old goals. It is the First Quarter Moon in the sign of your 10th that can be really powerful for showcasing your work. My biggest tip is to work with an astrologer to map your Moon Cycle activations so that you can identify which are most aligned with your business goals. (see #3 for another example why the Moon Transits are not always the most reliable for business) 2. Launching during a Retrograde without a game plan. You have heard of Mercury Retrograde but the truth is that ALL of the planets retrograde and we often only have 4 months out of the year where there are no retrogrades happening. This is a small window of time for business owners to plan their launches and expect success. So, instead of planning for NO retrogrades you must be prepared and know how to plan FOR and DURING the retrogrades, for example: Mercury RX - Expect revisions, communication errors and tech glitches- plan ahead. Venus RX - Expect some discomfort with your branding, how you come off, visibility may be inconsistent - prepare your vision ahead of time and commit to it. Mars RX - Motivation will be up and down here - these periods are best for fully automated launches and passive income so that you can reset your physical and mental energy. 3. Expecting fast growth just because your Moon sign’s 10th house is activated This is a mistake I made recently. When I experience 10th house activations I am so motivated and productive so I planned to launch an offer aduring my Moon signs 10th House activation. My launch was not as successful as I would have liked and I was emotional about multiple life events at this time. Luckily for me I was actually experimenting with my experiences of the transits and signs and wanted to observe what would occur. I had to keep reminding myself that my main goal was to experiment with my predictions and that this time would still be well spent. Bottom Line - expect the unexpected when your Moon's 10th house is activated, Plan not for obvious success but a deeper emotional awareness of how you FEEL about your work. The Moon supports setting foundations for you to build off of but is fluctuating and reactive. Emotions can be up and down during this time. Learn from my mistakes here and plan for growth relating to your work FUNCTIONS not necessarily scaling or launching. When your Sun or Rising Signs 10th house is activated, business comes to you more naturally. These are excellent times to plan to be seen and launched, however timing is best when you work in alignment with the transit of a planet from your 9th to 10th house to provide more time for you to expand your audience and be seen. Curious how this plays out in your own chart? That’s exactly what we can explore in a session together — just write ‘business astrology’ in your booking form.” 4. Assuming a Jupiter transit guarantees instant success
Jupiter expands whatever it touches, but expansion without structure can mean overcommitting, overspending, or saying yes to the wrong opportunities. When Jupiter is well placed I welcome everyone to think about the most positive outcome possible. A positive attitude can attract the right opportunities to you and with Jupiter ruling Sagittarius and Pisces I associate its energy directly with the work of spiritual entrepreneurs. Jupiter stations into a new sign every 18 months or so - reviewing what life area it interacts with for you can help you understand where you are being called to observe success during this time and what other areas will need more discernment or attention. To work with Jupiter right, be familiar with your boundaries so that you know when you are about to tip the scales into over indulgence. Right now, Jupiter is in my Natal 5th house (Creativity, Joy) and is encouraging me to embrace my creative projects deeper. While my mind is full of ideas, I still need to dedicate the time to transform those ideas into articles, writing and whatever else I am up to. I know I will reap the most benefits of this transit by pushing myself to spend time on my creative outlets and not expect perfection right away. 5. Misreading Saturn transits as purely negative Saturn gets a bad reputation as a planet of authority and structure in our life. The first 30 years of our lives are spent working within a structure that keeps us safe and as Saturn's movements influence us it asks us to break away from the norm - this is always overwhelming and full of big life moves which is why so many people hate Saturn transits! If you treat every Saturn activation as a personal shake up creating an upheaval or delay, you might miss the long-term foundations it’s asking you to take action towards and build. Saturn reveals truths about where true sustainable growth comes from. Saturn is currently moving between my 1st and 2nd houses - this has brought up a lot of new beginnings in my Career and business that have led to new values and of course, financial growth. 6. Ignoring your profection year themes If you have ever worked with me, you know I love this technique - Profections! Yes. I spelled that right. Profections is a Hellenistic timing technique and Annual Profections help us determine the House and Planet of our Solar year! This energy builds and reaches milestones throughout your 3rd, 6th, 9th, and 12th months of your year. If you’re in, say, a 12th house year (spirituality, rest, retreat, behind-the-scenes work) and you push for high visibility, you might burn out or struggle with alignment. If you are in a 1st or 10th house year you may be more visible, a 6th house year more focused on DOING your work, and 8th house year more focused on transforming your work. By applying these kind of insights to your Business you will align yourself to the energy that is naturally coming your way. This is also a great way to maintain balance and observe your business in a longer cycle than just annually but a 12 year cycle. This mistake is my favourite because it shows how much long-term alignment matters in business. I have been using profections in all of my life areas for years and they never cease to be relevant! If you’re ready to discover your profection year themes — and avoid these pitfalls in your own career — book a call with me and write ‘business astrology’ in your booking form. I have been wanting to share my experience with the 2024 eclipse cycle and how it has shown up in my life since I wrote these two articles: Eclipse Season and Astro-Anxiety I Thought Something Bad Would Happen To Me on the Eclipse I remember the eclipse vividly. It was a total solar eclipse so everyone was figuring out how to purchase the special glasses to view it. I was travelling on a coach bus from toronto to ottawa while the eclipse was happening and I remember leading up to it I had so much anxiety because it was activating my 8th and 9th houses - I had fears around be dying while traveling the part of my brain that was still a young astrologer kept saying that is what the house of death and travel together would be right? I Kept telling myself that this will be a lesson in the subtleties of astrology because I am not letting anything bad happen to me. And I was right. In the moment I recall being disappointed that no big life changing event happened to me directly or indirectly. I kept checking the chart of the moment and imagining scenarios of people messaging me dramatic things occurring. I was listening to the rent soundtrack - because I had just seen one of my best friends perform in the chorus in a GTA production of the play. And I noticed multiple things in the lyrics that I never noticed before in the lyrics of Santa Fe. This song was a family favourite, I have memories of my siblings singing along to it on repeat when we were younger - i had never really liked the song because it was about moving away and that made me sad. This was the first time I really could say I was getting into the tune. After multiple replays I noticed two lyrics.
This was my Eclipse Moment As I said earlier- the eclipse was hitting my 8th and 9th house - houses of death and travel but also houses of research, resources, higher education, and philosophy. My Moon is also housed here suggesting specific emotional experiences.
I remember asking myself - what does this small moment mean? Should I go back to school and study philosophy? But no, eclipse moments do not have to be an immediate major life decision. It was actually just the small things I changed because of that day that really had an impact. I started listening to Philosophize This, a podcast on covering everything philosophy from its earliest days to modern times and I still haven't listened to all of its episodes but this regular reminder to connect with philosophy helped me mature my astrological practice like I had wanted. Looking back on it now it reminds me of scenes in movies where the average main character expects to get the attention of the hottest guy at the school dance but gets completely ignored. However, a promising genuine interaction with another average cutie promises a new beginning. I wanted the drama, a big moment during that eclipse, but was grateful for the more subtle shift which was one I was truly aligned with. This meet-cute of mine with philosophy on the eclipse in Sagittarius has cemented a large part of my beliefs today in and out of my astrology practice. I will share more later but here are the big ones. 1. There is so much power in the small moments. Astrology can help us acknowledge these deeply. 2. Knowledge truly is Power. Educating yourself is the best thing you can do. 3. Your Point of View - Your Personal Philosophy dictates how you interact with the world. It is important to check in with your self regularly to understand your version of truth. Your Birthday is More Than a Milestone
It’s a cosmic reset—a powerful energetic checkpoint. After eight years of working deeply with astrology, I’ve developed a birthday ritual rooted in reflection, intention setting, and what I like to call self-celebration. Here’s how I align with the stars each year: 1. Work with Your Profections This ancient Hellenistic technique is my favorite birthday tool. It gives you a clear theme for the year ahead by showing which house and planet rule your solar year. Before my birthday, I reflect on the house I’m wrapping up—what I’ve learned, what’s shifting. Then, I look at the new house and ruling planet I’m stepping into. For example, I’m entering a 7th House year ruled by Virgo/Mercury. So I’ve been laying groundwork in partnerships, improving communication, and checking in with my partner. (I break this down more in the video.) 2. Review Significant Transits Take a look at where the outer planets are in relation to your natal chart. If they’re four or five signs away from key placements, you’re likely experiencing major transitions. In the video, I share how my Saturn Return and Uranus transits brought unexpected changes and breakthroughs. Reflecting on these helps me mentally and emotionally integrate what I’ve been through—and ask the most important question: What is ready to shift or move forward? 3. Study Your Solar Return Charts Your Solar Return chart is a snapshot of the sky when the Sun returns to your natal degree. Comparing last year’s themes with the upcoming chart can reveal powerful patterns and invitations for growth. Last year, Aries energy dominated my chart—fueling action, leadership, and a need to reflect on how I impact others. I took bold steps in my goals and learned a lot in the process. This year, my chart hints at stepping into a more emotional or nurturing role. (Could motherhood be in the cards? We’ll see!) You’ll also hear me discuss how the Aries themes are shifting from personal to professional—especially in relation to my career path. 4. Align with Upcoming Transits Awareness = empowerment. Look ahead at key transits in the coming months and set supportive goals. Know when to expect challenges, opportunities for growth, and when the cosmos is giving you a green light for rest, communication, or decisive action. Final Thoughts Your Solar Year deserves reflection. It’s an invitation to align with your purpose, recognize how far you’ve come, and step into your next chapter with awareness and intention.
